How can I exchange a product?

If you wish you can return an article purchased through our website. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered). You cannot exchange or return products on sale. The return cost is 5 in case of size change. The return deadline is ten (10) calendar of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date. Returns are only available for Greece.

You can change your product either in size. The steps are as follows: 


1- Send us an email at [email protected] or call us at +30 210 6448728 to check the availability of the new product.

2- The change will be made at your place with exchange (hand to hand) with the courier who will deliver the new size or design that you want. The courier costs will be 5.

What is the deadline for making exchanges?

The exchange deadline is ten (10) calendar days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.

What should I do to return a product(s)?

If you wish to cancel all, or part of the order after receiving the products, you may return the product or products within a period of four (4) calendar days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date and we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account within (30) calendar days. It is clarified that the returned product must be in its original condition. Specifically, the returned product must not have been worn beyond trying on, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. Also, any labels that accompany the product should remain in the same place, just as they were when you received it. In all the above cases, the receiving / shipping costs (courier and bank charges) paid by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of returned products until they are received. The courier cost is 3 – 4 €.

Please remember that reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or garments witch are not in the same condition as when they were received.

When will I receive the amount of my return?

Once we have approved the return in the next (30) calendar days we will deposit the money in the iban that you provide us.

What can I do if a product I receive is defective?

  2. Click on the product that interests you and you will see its different views, as well as its name, description, price, sizes available, composition and care instructions.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not been processed. If you wish to modify it after it has been processed, contact us using the Customer Service Department via the e-mail address [email protected] . In that case, you must contact us within one (1) working day.

If you wish to cancel an order, which is already placed, press HERE to download the cancellation form and fill in the details. Then send it to us via the e-mail address [email protected]  within one (1) working day.

Deliveries are made in the district of Attiki and the rest of Greece through the SPEEDEX COURIER within 3 – 5 working days, and during holidays in 3 – 13 working days.

The charges are as follows:

  • For deliveries in the district of Attiki the charges are 2,50 €.
  • For deliveries in Greece the charges are 5,50 €.
  • Pay on delivery charges in Greece are 1,70 €.
  • For deliveries in Cyprus the charges are 22 €.
  • Pay on delivery charges in Cyprus are 5 €.
  • Inaccessible areas charges are 3,50 €.

For orders outside Greece the charges are:

  • European Union:The products are shipped by SPEEDEX (including VAT 24%) within 4 – 6 working days from the dispatch date.
  • Outside the European Union:The products are shipped by the SPEEDEX (including VAT 24%) within 5 – 7 working days from the dispatch date.

Depending on the country, there may be extra charges arising out of import duties, exchange, customs clearance or other special charges for which the company assumes no responsibility.
